I Can’t Withdraw USDT from My Mexc Account Due to Code Verification Errors

I am extremely frustrated with Mexc right now. My account ID is 8272449*, and while I can log in and perform regular transactions without any issues, the moment I try to withdraw USDT, the problems begin. I receive the email and SMS verification codes, but even when I enter them well within the time limit, the system keeps rejecting them.

For two whole days, I have been trying nonstop to withdraw my funds, but it's impossible because of this verification failure.
