I sent an email to MEXC requesting the deletion of my account, but it’s been over a full business day and I haven’t received any reply. My case is time-sensitive and requires immediate action, yet I’ve been left without any support.

I also tried reaching out through live chat, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter), but none of those channels provided a response or solution. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating—especially from a platform that handles users’ sensitive financial data.

MEXC, I need my account permanently deleted as soon as possible. This isn’t a routine request—it’s urgent. Ignoring support requests like this is unacceptable. Please follow up immediately and confirm that my account has been removed.
