In the MEXC mobile app, the “Translate” button that used to appear in the top-left corner has been missing for the past two days, and because of this, I can no longer translate content into Turkish (Northern Cyprus). I’ve updated the app, restarted it, and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. I haven’t changed any language or country settings — the app is in its original English version, and this feature used to work perfectly before.
I tried to contact customer support, but I couldn’t reach a live representative. The automated responses and English-only chats did not help resolve my issue. I currently have around $1,000 worth of trades in my account, and this situation is negatively affecting my experience.
