MEXC App Removed Translate Feature — Unable to Translate to Turkish on Mobile

In the MEXC mobile app, the “Translate” button that used to appear in the top-left corner has been missing for the past two days, and because of this, I can no longer translate content into Turkish (Northern Cyprus). I’ve updated the app, restarted it, and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. I haven’t changed any language or country settings — the app is in its original English version, and this feature used to work perfectly before.

I tried to contact customer support, but I couldn’t reach a live representative. The automated responses and English-only chats did not help resolve my issue. I currently have around $1,000 worth of trades in my account, and this situation is negatively affecting my experience.

My email address is a*[email protected], and I’m using a Huawei Mate 20 Lite device. I request that the Translate button be reactivated and that the app provide a Turkish-speaking live support option for users who need assistance.
