I use the MEXC Global app on my Reeder S19 S Pro phone. For the past four days, the Turkish language option has disappeared, and the translation feature no longer works. I’ve tried several fixes — uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, and changing the in-app language settings back to Turkish — but nothing resolved the issue. I’m currently using the latest automatically updated version of the app. This problem only occurs in the mobile app; the web version works fine. Every time I open the app, I encounter the same issue. I haven’t contacted customer support yet. I’ve also taken screenshots and will include them with my complaint.
I request that the Turkish language option be reactivated and that this problem be resolved as soon as possible.
