Complaint Regarding Metro Turizm’s Negligence
Today, I traveled with Metro Turizm from İzmir to Konya. However, during the journey, I experienced a serious issue that caused significant inconvenience. During a stop at a rest area, the bus left without any announcement, leaving me stranded at the facility. When I realized what had happened, I immediately contacted Metro Turizm’s call center. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply gave me the bus driver’s phone number. When I called the driver, he told me there was nothing he could do and refused to assist me in any way. Stranded in the middle of the night, I had to make my arrangements and managed to reach Konya after an additional three hours of travel. I am shocked by how Metro Turizm could make such a grave mistake and then respond with such indifference. Leaving a passenger behind without checking or making an announcement is a serious act of negligence. I demand that this issue be addressed and steps be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. I am sharing this complaint to raise awareness among other passengers and to encourage Metro Turizm to take responsibility for its actions. It is our right as customers to expect a more professional approach to such a serious issue. Thank you,
