I Could Not Get a Refund After Cancelling My Tickets
I purchased two tickets from Metro Turizm on the evening of July 29 for a bus journey scheduled for August 2, 2025, at 19:00. However, due to an unexpected health issue, I urgently needed to cancel these tickets. I requested a refund through the company's customer service via phone and WhatsApp, but they firmly stated that no refund would be provided. As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to a refund, and I demand that Metro Turizm promptly process the refund to resolve my grievance.
