24.06.2024 I bought 5 return tickets Istanbul - Varna for 20.08.2024 / return 09.09.2024. My bank account was charged (10240TL + 2560TL). Today is 28.06.2024 but tickets have not been emailed. There is no indication that seats are reserved on the bus. Contacting the company over the chat window multiple times - no response. Contacted over WhatsApp support - no response. Can not file a claim as Turkish passport ID is a mandatory field to file a claim (I am not Turkish). I can not contact HelpDesk line on their 0850 number as I am outside of Turkey. MetroTurizm behaves like scammers.
