Metro Turizm Canceled My Trip at Last Minute – Refund Still Pending

On June 29, I purchased two tickets from Metro Turizm. The trip was canceled, and we were informed only one hour before the scheduled departure at 6:00 PM. Despite seven days passing, I have not received a refund for the two tickets. I have called customer service multiple times with no response, and my messages on WhatsApp have gone unanswered. They claim to offer 24/7 live support, but I have been unable to reach anyone. If I do not receive a response soon, I will take the necessary steps to file a formal complaint.
