Metaquotes Gave Licensed Access but I Lost Money on MetaTrader 5

The operating license given to all institutions by Metaquotes is empty. Even though I have an account on the Meta Trader 5 platform and I have a balance, these intermediary institutions exploit the citizens and do not pay their money. The licenses of these fraudulent intermediary institutions and institutions that victimize us should either be canceled or Metaquotes should pay the citizens' money from the money they paid as license guarantee and relieve their grievances. The institution that caused me the grievance is Harmonic Investmend Ltd. I hope the authorities will find a solution and relieve my grievances.
