Meta Ads Balance Disappeared – Unable to Access or Get Support

I added funds to Instagram to run an ad, but after the ad didn’t start, I decided to stop it. Later, I installed the Business Suite (Meta) app, and that’s when my balance suddenly disappeared. I couldn’t see or access my funds anywhere.

Hoping to fix the issue, I uninstalled Meta, but now even the previously visible balance is gone. I submitted a refund request through the App Store, but I still haven’t received any response. Worse yet, I can’t reach Meta support in any way—the help section is completely useless. Meta, I demand an immediate solution! Where is my money? Either restore my balance or process my refund now. Ignoring customers like this is unacceptable!
