Merrell Has Not Refunded My $554 Return Despite Receiving the Products
I purchased one pair of athletic shoes and two pairs of boots from Merrell’s official website on April 26 and April 30, 2026. The products were the Women's Yokota 3 Outdoor Shoe (J00003518-8981-38.5) for $147, the Women's Yokota 3 Mid GTX Boot (J038960-CAL-38.5) for $204, and the Women's Thermo Chill 2 Mid WP Boot (J038772-GAL-38.5) for $204. I returned all three items on May 6, 2026. Despite the passage of considerable time, I still have not received a refund for the total amount of approximately $554.
My returns were processed under order return numbers #1-r-7-5475151 and #1-r-7-5460024. I shipped the products through DHL eCommerce and MNG Cargo as instructed. However, when I called the phone number listed on the website, I was told that customer support could not assist by phone and that all communication had to be handled through email. I repeatedly emailed customer service regarding the status of my refund and even provided my bank account information, yet no payment has been made.
On May 14, 2026, I received only a single email stating: “In order to review your return in detail and take action quickly, please share your return order number with us.” I immediately provided the requested return numbers. Despite doing so, I received no further updates, and no meaningful action has been taken regarding my refund.
As a result, I have been left in an unfair and frustrating situation. I respectfully request that Merrell urgently investigate this matter, process the full refund of approximately $554 for my returned products, and provide a clear written explanation regarding the status of my refund and the reason for the prolonged delay.
