On June 5, 2025, I purchased a pair of Merrell shoes from the Boyner Trabzon Forum store. Approximately one month after purchase, the mesh panels on the sides of the shoes began to separate and develop visible deformation. Over time, the condition became increasingly noticeable. The shoes reached a point where they could practically only be worn with black socks because any lighter-colored socks became clearly visible through the damaged mesh, creating an unattractive and unusable appearance.

Because of these issues, I submitted the product for warranty inspection through the Boyner Trabzon Forum store. Following the review, my claim was rejected. The explanation provided stated that, based on a number found inside the shoe, there was no manufacturing defect and that a product with a manufacturing defect would not have been offered for sale in the first place.

After I shared my experience publicly, a representative from Boyner’s Istanbul regional office contacted me and advised me to submit the shoes for a second inspection. Accordingly, I returned the product to the Boyner Trabzon Forum store on May 9, 2026. Unfortunately, the second inspection resulted in the same conclusion, and the shoes were returned to me once again with the statement that no manufacturing defect was found.

I am extremely dissatisfied that the shoes deteriorated to this extent in such a short period of time and that, despite being reviewed twice, no practical solution has been provided. I believe the condition of the product is inconsistent with the quality and durability reasonably expected from the brand.

To resolve the inconvenience and financial loss I have experienced, I request either a replacement with a different product of equivalent value without any additional charge or a full refund for the product registered under receipt/invoice number BK02025002419586. I ask that this matter be handled in accordance with the product warranty and my consumer rights and that a fair resolution be provided as soon as possible.
