Leon Sneakers Has Not Shipped My Merrell Shoes After Taking Payment
On May 15, I ordered a pair of Merrell outdoor shoes in size 43 from the Instagram page _leonsneakers and paid approximately $62 by card for the purchase. Despite several days passing since I placed the order, my shipment has still not been prepared or dispatched.
When I contacted the seller through WhatsApp, I was informed that the product would be shipped on Tuesday. However, the promised shipping date passed without any shipment being made. I reached out again yesterday to ask about the status of my order, but this time I received no response and no update regarding the delay.
At this point, my order has not been shipped, and I have been unable to obtain clear information from the seller. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order have caused significant frustration and concern.
I request that my order be shipped immediately. If the product cannot be delivered as promised, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid. I also request clear written information regarding the status of my order and the reason for the delay.
