Merrell Siren 4 GTX Boots Started Cracking After Minimal Use
On January 8, 2026, I purchased a pair of Merrell Siren 4 Mid GTX women’s outdoor boots (J5005336) from the Gusse store through Trendyol. I used the boots for only about 1.5 months in total, and I wore them very carefully and kept them extremely clean. Despite this limited and careful use, small openings and cracks began forming on the upper stitching areas, especially where the leather and fabric sections connect.
When I contacted both Trendyol and Gusse, I was told to send the product back so it could be inspected by the company. Experiencing this type of issue after such a short period of use, especially with a premium brand like Merrell and at this price level, is truly unacceptable. The photos I uploaded clearly show how lightly and carefully the boots were used.
