New Mercedes-Benz C200 Trim Noise, Software Bugs

I bought a brand-new Mercedes-Benz C200 on January 26, 2024, and it's been having issues with trim noises constantly. Recently, the car broke down on the road. I called roadside assistance, and the car had completely frozen. It eventually fixed itself, but the service technician said it needed a software update. Additionally, one of the windows cracked spontaneously, without any impact. When I took the car to the service center, they said the trim noise was coming from the dashboard and the front passenger seat and that the car would need to stay in the shop for three days. They also informed me that the cracked window wasn’t covered under warranty. On top of all this, the new car was missing a tire replacement kit, which now has to be ordered from Germany.
