Mercari shut down my account, saying I did something wrong, but they wouldn't tell me what! I got an email from Mercari saying my account was closed. They said I might have done something against their rules, but they wouldn't tell me exactly what. This is really frustrating because I've been using Mercari for a while and never had any problems before. They didn't even give me a chance to explain myself! tried contacting Mercari through their help center to find out more, but I haven't heard back yet. It's disappointing that they won't talk to me and just shut down my account without any explanation. As someone who used Mercari a lot, I feel like I deserved better treatment. They should at least let me know what's going on before they take away my account.
