I'm so confused, really, what's going on, please sb explain. my WhatsApp account just got shut down for no reason, been using WhatsApp for years and this is the first time I've had this problem. I didn't do anything wrong to get my account suspended, like spamming or breaking any rules, then why is this all of a sudden?? I've been trying to get help from WhatsApp, but they haven't gotten back to me yet, sent a lot of emails trying to explain my situation, but they're not responding and haven't given me any explanation for why they closed my account out of nowhere. It really sucks to be left hanging with no help or support from the WhatsApp crew. As someone who's been using WhatsApp for a while now, I totally trust it with both my personal and work chats. this suspension came out of nowhere and now I can't even talk to my peeps. Either give me a good reason or just lift it.
