Unjustified Mercari Account Ban Left Me Frustrated And Disillusioned
It upset and shocked me at the same time to hear that my account would be closed because of what looked like illegal listings, transactions, or messages, been an avid Mercari user for almost four years, mostly as a seller but also sometimes as a buyer. I was very angry that my account was deleted without any notice and for no clear reason or proof. tried to fix the problem by calling Mercari's Help Centre eight times. Sadly, every time I tried to reactivate my account, the process was always turned down. The fact that no one was willing to talk about or solve my problems made me even more angry, I feel unfairly punished for the time and work I put into building a good reputation as a buyer and seller on Mercari when my account was suddenly closed without any investigation or other options. I no longer trust Mercari's customer service or their ability to settle disputes because of this event, which makes it very hard for me to shop online.
