MentalUP App Does Not Open After Annual Subscription Purchase

I purchased a 1-year prepaid subscription for the MentalUP application through the App Store by paying approximately $23. I registered for the application using the email address h********@gmail.com. However, since February 21, 2025, the application has not opened at all. It only displays a purple screen and never progresses further. Because of this issue, I have been completely unable to benefit from the service I paid for.

There is also no customer support channel available either inside or outside the application that I can contact, so I have not been able to report the issue to anyone or receive any technical assistance. Paying in advance for an application and then being unable to use it at all has created both financial inconvenience and a serious loss of trust.

For the period during which I could not use the service, I request a refund for the unused months of my approximately $23 annual subscription fee.
