Mental Impulse won’t cancel my subscription online, how can I stop future charges?

If Mental Impulse won’t let you cancel the subscription online, the first step is to turn off auto-renewal through the platform where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play) or by logging in at mental-impulse.com under “Manage Subscription” and cancelling there; deleting the app alone won’t stop future charges.

For App Store purchases, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions and cancel it; for Google Play, go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and cancel before the next billing date.

If you still can’t cancel because it isn’t listed or support doesn’t respond, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
