I signed up for the Brain Impulse monthly subscription free trial on March 13th via their website. Within 24 hours, on March 14th, approximately 9 hours after signing up, I canceled the trial. Despite canceling well within the trial period, I was still charged the 4‑week subscription fee of $19.99. I contacted Brain Impulse support about this issue and explained that I had canceled the free trial within 24 hours, but I was told that I had agreed to the subscription and was therefore ineligible for a refund. I find this response unacceptable, as my intention was clearly to try the service during the free trial and cancel before being charged, which I did. In this situation, I request a full refund of the $19.99 that was charged, written confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled so that I will not be charged again, and a review of how the free trial and cancellation conditions are presented to users. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly.
