Mental Impulse Unauthorized Charges After Cancelled Free Trial

Three days ago I discovered that Mental Impulse has been attempting to charge my Cash App account linked to my Chase bank card without my authorization. For about four months they tried to charge the account even though there were no funds. Then in March, when there were finally funds available, a payment went through, and they charged me again in April. I had never agreed to any ongoing payments. Initially, Mental Impulse offered me a free trial, which I accepted and then immediately canceled. After canceling the trial, I assumed there would be no further charges, especially since I did not keep money in that account for months. Despite this, they continued to attempt charges and then successfully debited my account once there were funds, which I consider completely unauthorized and misleading. I have already contacted Mental Impulse and I am currently waiting for their response. If they do not resolve the issue properly, I plan to dispute the charges through my bank and Cash App. Seeing that many other people have had similar experiences with this service makes me doubt that they will voluntarily refund the money, and it strengthens my feeling that this is a pattern rather than a simple mistake. I request a full refund of all charges taken from my account by Mental Impulse after the supposedly free trial was canceled, as well as the immediate cancellation of any hidden or unauthorized subscriptions linked to my details. I also want this situation to be reviewed so that other consumers are not exposed to the same practice and are clearly informed about any charges after a free trial.
