Mental Impulse Subscription Charged Me Without Clear Consent for Months

July 13 10:40 AM

I took an IQ test on the website iq.mental-impulse.com without being clearly informed that this would create a paid subscription. After the test, I later discovered that money was being withdrawn from my bank account on a recurring basis, even though I never knowingly accepted such a subscription. By checking my bank account history, I can see that there have been 8 withdrawals over 8 months between October 2025 and June 2026, for a total amount of 2,182.93 DKK. Among others, there is a completed transaction on 20 October 2025 for 128.37 DKK, another on 17 November 2025 for 258.07 DKK, another on 15 December 2025 for 255.69 DKK, another on 12 January 2026 for 256.79 DKK, another on 9 March 2026 for 258.38 DKK, and one on 8 June 2026 for 257.47 DKK, all with the description “iq.mental-impulse”. I have tried to cancel this subscription on the website, but I cannot remove or stop it. Because of these repeated withdrawals, I ended up having to withdraw my remaining money from the account so that more payments could not be taken. I request that my subscription on iq.mental-impulse.com be cancelled immediately and that the amounts withdrawn without my clear and informed consent be refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
