Canceling a subscription via the Memrise website
Log in to your account on the official Memrise website.
Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription.
Find Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period but will not renew automatically.
Canceling a subscription via the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through the mobile app, you must cancel it through the store used for payment:
App Store (iPhone/iPad):
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Memrise → Cancel Subscription
Google Play (Android):
Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Memrise → Cancel Subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription — cancellation must be done manually.
Confirmation of cancellation
After a successful cancellation, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t, check the subscription status in your account.
Refunds
If you subscribed recently and haven’t used the premium features, you can request a refund.
