I’m incredibly frustrated with Lingokids. When I signed up, the advertised annual price was ₺263, which seemed reasonable for an educational app for my child. But to my shock, they started charging me ₺263 every month instead of once a year! That’s over ₺3,000 a year, not what I agreed to.

To make things worse, my membership was suddenly canceled without explanation. Now when I check the app, the Plus plan shows as ₺39/month, which adds to the confusion. This inconsistency in pricing and billing is totally unacceptable.

And honestly, my kids didn’t even enjoy using Lingokids. They quickly lost interest, and the content didn’t engage them as promised. I feel completely misled by the platform.

Lingokids must correct this error immediately, refund the overcharged amount, and provide a clear explanation. I expect fair treatment and transparency—especially when dealing with parents trying to invest in their child’s learning.
