I Was Charged ₺153 Monthly for Busuu Subscription I Never Authorized Via 3699 SMS

I recently discovered through a message from 3699 that a Busuu subscription was started without my consent. A monthly charge of ₺153 has been added to my bill without my approval, and it keeps renewing automatically. I never agreed to any such subscription and was only informed about it after receiving the message.

There is no record of any membership on my side, and I consider this an unauthorized charge. I expect the company to fix this serious mistake immediately and refund the money. Otherwise, I will escalate the complaint to CİMER, the Turkish government complaint platform.

They asked me to call this number for resolution: 0538*****88. I demand urgent action to resolve this issue.
