Without Notifying Me, Pull&Bear Canceled My Order

I ordered something from Pull&Bear, but because I changed my address, the delivery company marked it as "undeliverable" ...and sent it back to them without telling me. I called customer service, and they told me that the products didn't make it to the delivery company and promised to give me a refund.

They canceled my order after a few hours of payment. I don’t know what to do, ı wrote to their contact email. Waiting for an answer
