Columbia's Faulty Shirt and Indifferent Customer Service
On July 6, 2023, at Samsun Piazza Mall, my spouse and I made several purchases from the Columbia store. My spouse tried ...on one of the shirts in the store, and the helpful staff members assisted us by removing the tag. We enjoyed the pleasant conversation with the manager and employees at that time.
