I Cannot Remove My Data From Getcontact App

I have been trying for one month to close my Getcontact account and delete my data due to inappropriate tags associated ...with my profile. Even though I deleted the app from my iOS device and attempted to use the in-app account deletion options, my account remains active and the tags are still visible
