I Cannot Remove My Data From Getcontact App

I have been trying for one month to close my Getcontact account and delete my data due to inappropriate tags associated with my profile. Even though I deleted the app from my iOS device and attempted to use the in-app account deletion options, my account remains active and the tags are still visible.

I have tried logging in using both my phone number and email address and attempted different methods, but none of them allowed me to successfully close my account. Being unable to manage and delete my own account and personal data is extremely concerning.

I request that my Getcontact account be immediately deleted, and that all data associated with my phone number and email address—including tags and personal information—be permanently removed. I also ask for clear confirmation once this process has been completed.
