I withdrew $25 from Airwallex on March 13 using the Tango application, but the amount still hasn’t been credited to my a...ccount. I also contacted Tango support, but it didn’t help, and I haven’t received any response. When will the money be transferred to my account?
Tango is turning into a spot where people aren't being honest. It can really seem like the app is being unfair — they just suspend your account without telling you why and don’t get back to you or give back the coins you’ve spent. It doesn't matter how many emails you shoot out, you just won't hear back. Their customer service isn't very helpful at all. I wouldn't suggest using this app because it might end up being pretty annoying. I reported it as inappropriate since it doesn't work like a good app should. If you've gone through something like this, think about letting Google know.
