Tango Banned My Account and Device Without Warning While I Had Money Inside
Hello, my Tango account was initially banned for 7 days, so I kept the app on my device, expecting to regain access. However, even after a month, I was still unable to log in. Then one day, all of my accounts were blocked, and even my device was banned. Please, Tango, unblock me. I have money to withdraw and I wasn’t aware of any violations. I have been receiving daily updates via email, but I don't fully understand what they mean. From what I can tell, it seems my account is still suspended and might be reactivated later. Could you please confirm the status of my account and let me know if any action is needed from my side?
