Melissa & Doug Wooden Magnetic Letters Durability Issues

I purchased the Melissa & Doug Wooden Magnetic Letters for my daughter, and while she initially enjoyed playing with them, the product started falling apart after just 7 months. The magnets easily fall out of the letters, and the letters themselves can break or splinter. This is especially concerning considering it's a product designed for children and should be built to withstand more wear and tear. Given the relatively high price point, I expected better quality materials and greater durability. It's been a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment for my child, as the letters fall apart as soon as she touches them. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Melissa & Doug via Facebook to express my concerns, their customer rep was very rude.
