Burton Winter Gloves Defect- No Warranty Support
I bought a pair of Burton winter gloves, however they warped after the first use. I purchased the Burton gloves in the hopes of shielding my daughter's hands from the cold while ice skating. Despite being substantially more expensive than comparable manufacturers, this product showed symptoms of wear and tear after only one use. The gloves' plastic grips peeled off, causing the fabric to tear. My daughter only used them to get up after falling on the ice, so I doubt friction caused the damage, especially because the ice surface was smooth. Despite being promoted as winter apparel, I believe the product is not cold-resistant. Most likely, the gloves were sold as expired and beginning to disintegrate. Despite this, Burton has not provided an exchange or refund.
