Medtronic 780g Device Malfunction Leaves Me Stranded

My Medtronic 780g device has been experiencing issues for approximately 2 months now. Unfortunately, despite being under warranty, the process of getting it replaced has been delayed due to a lack of available stock. Prior to utilizing the device, the company advises users to seek assistance when encountering difficulties. However, when the device experiences a malfunction, they fail to provide adequate support. Their customer support team leaves much to be desired.
