McDonald’s Wrong Order Issue - Food Delivered Spilled And Incorrect


On 24.11.2025 at around 19:00, I placed an order from McDonald’s. The package arrived with the entire order wrong, and the contents were delivered completely spilled and scattered. I paid a total of 660 ₺ for this order by credit card. When I contacted McDonald’s about the issue, I was told that I needed to speak with Getir. When I contacted Getir, they said that I had selected the courier and therefore they could not resend the food. As a result, the food never reached me properly, I only received a refund, and I was left without a meal. Refunding the payment alone does not compensate for the time lost and the inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect and messy order. I request that both Getir and McDonald’s conduct the necessary investigation and establish a process that does not leave customers victimized, focusing on solutions instead of shifting responsibility onto each other.
