McDonald’s Order Arrived Soaked In Cola - Only Drink Was Refunded

On October 18, 2025, I placed an order worth approximately ₺700 from McDonald’s through Yemeksepeti (order #vv1X-y2rx). When my order was delivered, almost all of the cola had spilled inside the bag, soaking all the items. I had experienced minor spills before, but this time, half of the package was completely soaked in cola, and the products were inedible. I reported the issue to Yemeksepeti customer service. However, they only refunded the cost of the cola, even though I requested a full refund or a replacement meal. They informed me that this was not possible. Yet, all the items in my order were rendered unusable. I request that this issue be resolved by either refunding the full amount of my order or sending me a new meal.
