I Got Food Poisoning From Cold Hamburgers at McDonald's

About two weeks ago, my mother and I bought two hamburgers, desserts, and colas from the McDonald's branch in Sincan, Ankara. We didn’t eat our order there but consumed it elsewhere. Within less than half an hour after eating, I became seriously ill; I felt nauseous, vomited, and suffered stomach pain, weakness, and dizziness. My mother also felt unwell in a similar way. I normally have no food allergies and have never experienced such an issue at other McDonald's branches in different cities. The food we received was cold, smelled and tasted very different from what I am used to, and the meat’s flavor and texture were unusual. On top of that, even though we ordered two meals, we were only given one, and the staff did not help when we pointed out the missing items. We paid ₺700 in cash, but unfortunately, we no longer have the receipt. After this incident, I suffered health problems for nearly two weeks and needed time to recover. We covered all medical expenses ourselves. A refund is not very important, but I especially want this branch and its products to be thoroughly investigated. Later, I learned that others also had similar complaints. I request a proper inspection to be carried out and steps taken to prevent such problems from happening again.
