McDonald's McFlurry Order Error
I think there is a significant communication problem and a lack of accountability at the McDonald's Pelican store. I ordered two bonbon McFlurrys from Yemek Sepeti, but I got two plain McFlurrys instead. I have reported this and asked for the accurate ones. I promised to give back the simple ones once I got the fancy ones, but the problem still wasn't fixed after two hours. I anticipate this issue will be resolved before I go to bed, but there's still no solution. This issue appears to be quite challenging, almost like a problem of national significance. Sorry for asking, but I'm curious if this incompetence is a personal or a store-wide issue.
