McDonald’s App Crashed Causing Missed Free Drink Offer

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an issue I experienced on October 29, 2025, around 8:00 PM at the McDonald’s branch located on Afyon Özdilek Road. On that day, the McDonald’s app featured a special promotion offering a free drink; however, the app was not functioning properly and kept crashing, making it impossible for me to place an order through it. As a result, I ordered directly at the counter and purchased a considerable amount of food, but none of the points from this purchase were added to my account. Consequently, I was unable to benefit from the free drink promotion and did not receive any reward points. When I spoke to the staff, they informed me that it was a system-related issue and that they could not assist further. While I do not wish to assume this was intentional, the lack of technical preparedness for the campaign caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. I kindly request that the points from my October 29 purchase be credited to my account and that my free drink entitlement be honored. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and addressing my grievance.
