Mazda 3.23 Lantis Ignition Fault After Replacement – Need Free Repair

July 24, 2024 9:40 PM16

I own a 1996 Mazda 3.23 Lantis, and I’m currently experiencing an ignition switch issue. About two years ago, Mazda’s authorized service replaced the ignition switch free of charge, claiming there was a general defect, even though my car had no prior issues. Now, despite the replacement and minimal mileage since then, the ignition switch has malfunctioned again.

Given Mazda’s history of addressing such defects even decades later, I believe this faulty part should also be replaced free of charge. I am requesting a thorough inspection and a resolution for this issue as soon as possible. Mazda demonstrated accountability before, and I trust they will uphold the same standard now. Immediate action is needed to fix this problem.
