I recently purchased the Maybelline New York brow gel, trusting the brand and expecting it to help keep my eyebrows in place. Sadly, the product has done more harm than good. After using it just four times, I noticed something shocking—while removing my makeup today, a significant amount of my eyebrow hair came off.
Even after taking the product off, the shedding didn’t stop. I was horrified. Although I couldn’t get a photo at the time, I can confidently say that this product has visibly thinned my brows in just a matter of days.
I spent my money on a well-known brand because I expected quality—not something that would damage my natural brows. If I wanted to lose them, I wouldn't have invested in a brow gel at all.
Maybelline, I demand an explanation. You need to investigate this issue seriously. This isn’t about styling anymore—it’s about real damage and customer trust. I want a refund or an alternative solution. And more importantly, I want to warn others: use this product with caution. I trusted your brand, and now I’m left dealing with the consequences.
