We purchased the Maxi-Cosi Diza stroller, hoping to use it on our vacation because of its lightweight design. However, despite never having used it before, the stroller made unbearable noises during the entire trip. I even tried oiling the wheels, but the loud noise continued, making it impossible for my baby to sleep. It was extremely embarrassing at the hotel, especially around other guests. I am highly dissatisfied with the product and am requesting either a full refund or a replacement. A stroller this expensive should not have such a basic issue, and I expect Maxi-Cosi to address this promptly.
