I purchased a Benefit brow setter from the Izmir İstinye store and used it with the Benefit brow pencil. After applying the brow setter over the pencil, my eyebrows started itching and turning red later in the day. By the time I got home, the irritation resembled a rash.
The next morning, I noticed skin flaking from my brows, similar to dandruff, and some areas of my brows experienced hair loss. This is incredibly upsetting for a product that’s supposed to enhance, not harm.
Benefit, I expect an immediate explanation and resolution for this issue. I trusted your brand, and this experience has shaken my confidence. Please address the situation promptly and prevent this from happening to others.
