Mavi Store Refused My Exchange Before Closing Time and Treated Me Rudely

On the morning of April 21, 2026, I purchased a pair of pants from the Mavi store at the Mall of Istanbul. Since the size did not fit, I went to the Mavi store in Beşiktaş Sinanpaşa the same day, around 9:00 PM, to exchange the item. However, the male and female staff at the store told me that the system was closed and refused to assist me with the exchange.
When I called Mavi customer service, I was informed that the store’s closing time is 9:30 PM. I traveled approximately 2.5 hours from the other side of Istanbul to Beşiktaş just to complete this exchange. Despite this effort, I was met with a rude attitude at the store, and the staff’s behavior was far from polite or customer-oriented. As a customer, I felt undervalued and disrespected.
The invoice number for this purchase is 5812**********55. I request that an investigation be conducted regarding the male and female staff working at the Beşiktaş Sinanpaşa Mavi store, that I receive an apology for this negative experience, and that appropriate compensation be provided.
