Melbet Blocked My Account Without Reason. 192736 Pkr Stucked

I have been using my Melbet account in Pakistan for about three months through the mobile application. On 2 April, the security department requested verification documents from me, and since then, my account has been blocked and my access restricted. Following their instructions, I provided all the requested documents step by step. I sent my ID card front and back, a selfie holding the ID, a utility bill, my bank statement in PDF format, my passport, and proof of the wallet I used to deposit funds. They also asked me to write a specific code on a piece of paper and send a photo, which I also provided. In total, there have been around 116 emails exchanged in about 20 days, and in every case, I cooperated fully and responded to their requests. Despite completing all these verifications, Melbet informed me that my account had been blocked. I have never violated their terms and conditions to my knowledge, and they have not given me any clear or valid reason for this decision. At the moment, my balance of 192,736 PKR is stuck in the blocked account, and I cannot log in or withdraw my own funds. My gaming ID is 1570627997, and my registered email is jazakhan***@gmail.com. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed again, that a clear explanation be given as to why it was blocked, and that either my account be reopened or my full balance of 192,736 PKR be paid out to me without any further delay. I expect Melbet to respect its own rules, act transparently, and allow me to access my money. At least refund my deposited Amount.
