Mavi Maria Rinse Gold Icon Jeans Developed White Stripes - Request Full Refund
I purchased a pair of Mavi Maria Rinse Gold Icon jeans. After a short time of use, vertical white stripes appeared on the front and back of both legs of the trousers. This distorted the appearance of the jeans so much that they became impossible to use in a presentable way. I took the product back to the store on 29 November 2025, reported the situation and handed the jeans over to them. I was informed that the product would be sent in for review. As a result of this review, my request for an exchange was refused on the grounds of possible washing errors. However, I always wash this product inside out, together with dark colours, at 30 degrees, in line with general washing recommendations, and I do not believe that this defect is due to incorrect use on our side. Given that the jeans developed such a serious defect in a short time despite careful washing, I no longer trust the product and I do not want an exchange anymore. I kindly request a full refund for the defective Maria Rinse Gold Icon jeans and a quick conclusion to this process so that I do not suffer any further loss of time or financial damage.

The day my complaint was published on Xolvie, I received a call from Mavi. They apologized for the situation and offered either an exchange or a gift voucher. They also said they sent a correction SMS to their relevant stores. Since I am currently out of town and will be away for a while longer, I will resolve the situation at the relevant store when I return this weekend, unless there are any issues. As it has not been resolved yet, I am adding the current status as an update.
