Mavi Jeans Defective After One Use - Refund or Exchange Rejected
I purchased a pair of black jeans from Mavi store. After wearing them only once, the seams on the hem, around the zipper, and on the waistband started to come apart. Because of this, I went to the store and requested an exchange or a refund, but they refused. They told me that the product needed to be sent to the headquarters for evaluation. They sent it to the headquarters. The headquarters did not contact me for 10 days. I wrote a complaint on Xovie platform. In response to that, they called me and said that even if the headquarters evaluated the process negatively, they would still assist me with an exchange or a refund. On the 15th business day, the headquarters rejected the exchange or refund request. I called the call center again, but they said there was nothing they could do. I reminded them that on the 10th business day they had told me they would help. They said they would get back to me within 48 hours. No one contacted me. Between approximately the 20th and 23rd business day, I called the call center again. They again said I would be contacted within 48 hours, but once more, no one got back to me. Today is November 20th, and they are telling me that the jeans were returned to the store on November 10th and that I must pick them up. However, I did not receive any message or call throughout this entire process. Customer satisfaction is zero. Consumer rights are not protected at all. I have completely lost faith in their reliability and quality. I truly regret shopping from this brand. I urgently want support for a refund or exchange.
