Mavi Jeans Complaint About Wrong Item Delivery and Unfair Extra Charge

On Thursday, May 5th, I purchased five items from the Mavi store located in Vadi Istanbul. One of the items I selected was not available in XL size at the time, so the sales representative kindly informed me that the XL size could be shipped either to my home or to another store for pickup. Based on this, I requested that the XL size be delivered to the Mavi store at Istanbul Venezia Mega Outlet, and I completed my payment accordingly. I also benefited from the ongoing promotion of ₺1,000 discount for purchases over ₺4,000. On May 8th, I received a message informing me that the product had arrived at the Venezia store. When I went to pick up the item and opened the package before leaving the counter, I discovered that the item was mistakenly sent in size L, although I had clearly requested an XL. When I asked for a size exchange, I was told that because the item was purchased with a promotional discount, I would need to pay the price difference between the discounted and full price of the product, which amounted to ₺214.29 — and I ended up paying this amount. I would like to emphasize the following points: The error in delivering the wrong size was not mine but Mavi's. If the correct XL size had been delivered, I would have been able to pick up my item without any additional payment. It is unfair that I had to bear the cost of a mistake made by your team. As a result, not only did I not receive the correct product, but I was also overcharged due to an error on your part. I kindly ask for a review of this situation.
