Matchpub Purchase Successful but Coins Not Credited

At around 10:50 p.m., I purchased 500 coins (tokens) in the Matchpub app using mobile carrier billing. The charge was successfully deducted from my phone bill, and I also received a confirmation SMS from my mobile operator, but the 500 coins were never credited to my account.
I did not receive any error message, and even though the transaction appears to have been successful, the coins do not show up in my account. I have not yet contacted in-app support. My account ID is 0CD8e067-96a4-49b1-9f8a-a81e62e4CD5.
I request that the 500 coins that were paid for be credited to my account as soon as possible.
